Starting Big

Welcome

You have  entered into a sacred and personal space of mine that I call The Inner Sanctum.

I am sharing my words and art here and my very personal journey of my own 'lived experience'.

Here I explore overcoming PTSD from Childhood Trauma in the here and now.

It's a unique experience for me to be able to write these words after 40+ years of not being able to give voice to what truly matters to me. I am also writing a book about the Integrated Healing Method that I have developed to assist others.

This is a dynamic process as I am working with a hypothesis and developing it at every twist and turn. You will see me struggle, but you shall also see me flow, and in this, I know you will see your own experience of 'being a human being'.
